Neptune 4 Max z-offset
I received the printer back in October 2023 and had Z-Offset issues in which it would constantly change from print to print. Updating firmware did not resolve the issue, but the what fixed it for me back in February of 2024 was turning off Power Loss Recovery from the touch screen in the settings.
